ZZIM Conveyancing was established by Kate Walker and Natalie Colgrave. Together, Natalie and Kate have decades of experience assisting vendors and purchasers in Tasmanian conveyancing transactions. They are both extremely excited to be able to offer their knowledge and experience in a solely Conveyancing focused business and assist you in the purchase or sale of your property. We know that this can be an exciting but also stressful time for our clients and therefore, we will ensure that we keep you informed, up to date and involved in the process as much as you desire.

Kate Walker
Kate graduated from the University of Tasmania with a combined Commerce/Law degree in 2002 and then graduated from the Tasmanian Legal Practice Course in 2003. Prior to opening ZZIM Conveyancing, Kate was a Senior Associate in the largest law firm in Launceston and specialised in property and commercial law and conveyancing transactions. Due to her 14 years experience practising as a Commercial and Property Lawyer, Kate has extensive knowledge of contracts and the conveyancing process.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys playing sport, being involved with netball and spending time with her young family and friends.
She is passionate about assisting her clients achieve a smooth and hassle free transaction and is looking forward to being able to assist you.
Natalie Colgrave
You will be pushed to find a more experienced Conveyancer than Natalie. With over 25 years’ experience, there is no question, problem or issue that Natalie has not seen or dealt with. As an extremely competent, efficient and experienced Conveyancer, it would come as no surprise that over the years Nat has managed the huge Conveyancing practices of Launceston’s senior Lawyers, often managing hundreds of files at once. For the past 15 years, Nat has been employed as the Conveyancing Clerk of one of Launceston’s most senior Commercial and Property Lawyers and most recently at Launceston’s largest Law firm. She prides herself on being approachable, efficient and having incredible time management.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time at the gym, playing netball and running her children around to their sporting and other commitments.
